The Mild Hyperbaric 02 Chamber setup as discussed will include install - construct / deconstruct setup & proper detachment of all oxygen concentrator and air circulation tubing, 2.5 - hours of training at destination - residence.
The air compressor unit (including filtration system) has a one year warranty from date of purchase covering any manufacturer's defects. Consumable parts (filters) are to be replaced regularly by the owner and are not covered by this warranty. Dr. Leon Mellman recommends your system to be checked once per year and we will contact you accordingly.
This warranty does not cover shipping costs to the client and is void if the chamber is used in a manner that is not constructed as normal usage.
Damage caused by the transportation of the chamber assembly is not covered by this warranty and any such claims should be directed to Dr. Leon Mellman immediately and our Concierge FrontDesk.
We will immediately address the medical manufacturer and then alert freight - carrier.
If an exception is made to this policy and a return is accepted, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs and all restocking fees (not to exceed 20% of the total cost of the equipment).
